You are responsible for content you submit. You may not submit content that is unlawful, false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, infringing, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, private without permission, or otherwise violates these terms.

Papsoo may monitor, remove, edit, reject, or restrict content at our discretion, but we are not required to review all content before it appears.

16. Third-party links, tools, and services

Papsoo may link to or integrate with third-party websites, seller platforms, delivery tracking tools, payment processors, social media platforms, advertising tools, analytics providers, phone top-up providers, apps, or partner services.

Third-party services are controlled by their own providers and may have separate terms, privacy policies, fees, restrictions, and practices. Papsoo is not responsible for third-party websites, content, security, availability, accuracy, products, services, or policies unless required by law.

Papsoo may investigate activity, verify information, request documentation, restrict access, suspend accounts, cancel orders, remove listings, withhold seller funds, refuse service, terminate access, or take other action if we believe there is risk, fraud, policy violation, unlawful activity, customer harm, marketplace abuse, or security concern.

Papsoo’s failure to enforce any part of these terms immediately does not waive our right to enforce it later.

18. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Papsoo and Papsoo services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Papsoo does not guarantee that the website, marketplace, checkout, products, services, sellers, delivery, tracking, digital services, content, or customer tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, complete, or available at all times.

Papsoo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and quiet enjoyment, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

19. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Papsoo, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, suppliers, sellers, vendors, service providers, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or other intangible losses.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Papsoo’s total liability for any claim related to Papsoo, an order, product, service, seller, transaction, delivery, account, or these terms will not exceed the amount you paid to Papsoo for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or liability limits, so some limitations may not apply to you.

20. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Papsoo, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, suppliers, sellers, vendors, service providers, and agents from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of Papsoo, your violation of these terms, your violation of law, your content, your products or listings, your seller activity, your misuse of Papsoo, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

21. Dispute resolution, arbitration, and class action waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Papsoo agree to first try to resolve disputes informally by contacting Papsoo Support. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may be required to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration instead of court, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim in court or prohibits arbitration.

Unless prohibited by law, disputes will be handled individually and not as a class action, collective action, representative action, private attorney general action, or consolidated proceeding. You and Papsoo waive the right to a jury trial to the fullest extent permitted by law.

This arbitration and class action waiver section is intended to be interpreted broadly and to apply to claims arising out of or relating to Papsoo, these Conditions of Use, products, services, orders, accounts, sellers, delivery, privacy, marketing, or transactions.

Arbitration provisions can be subject to specific legal requirements. Papsoo should have this section reviewed by legal counsel before relying on it.

22. Governing law and jurisdiction

To the fullest extent permitted by law, these Conditions of Use and any dispute involving Papsoo are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Where court action is permitted, you agree that the state or federal courts located in Florida will have jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires another venue.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract.

23. Changes to Papsoo and these terms
