RETURN ONLINE ITEMS

We understand things happen, so Papsoo is dedicated to making your return process charmingly simple. We're all about bringing you a top shopping experience from start to finish. If you're not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, just return the product to us for a full refund or exchange.

First, a few details:

• All original components must accompany all returns.
• Papsoo reserves the right to limit returns if we suspect misuse of our generous Returns Policy (such as excessive returns, reseller activity, or fraud).
• Items purchased from other retailers, dealers, or resellers and not directly from Papsoo are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

If your Papsoo purchase does not meet your satisfaction, you may return it within a month (30 days) of purchase. To return an item, the item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging; returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a refund. EXCHANGE ONLINE ITEMS

You also have the option to exchange an eligible order instead of returning it for a refund. If you are exchanging your items, please return any items you’re returning within 14 days to avoid being charged. Your exchange order will be processed immediately so you can get your new items ASAP!

The funds from your original order will be immediately transferred to an e-Gift Card when the exchange is initiated. Papsoo will then use that e-Gift Card to process your exchange order before Papsoo receives your original order back – we just require the original order to be returned within 14 days. If we do not receive the original order back within 14 days, the credit card on file will be charged the full amount of the replacement order. However, if the exchange order is subsequently returned, Papsoo will issue the refund back to an e-Gift Card for the full amount (less any shipping charges from the original order) instead of the original method of payment.
