Return Policy
We want your Papsoo shopping experience to feel simple and reliable. If something is not right with your order, review the return guidelines below and contact Papsoo Support so we can help.
Return Window
Most eligible items can be returned within 30 days.
Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with original packaging, tags, accessories, and components when applicable.
Return eligibility
Most physical products purchased directly from Papsoo may be eligible for return within 30 days, unless the product is marked final sale, non-returnable, digital, customized, or otherwise excluded from returns.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and undamaged.
- Returned in its original packaging when applicable.
- Returned with all original accessories, parts, tags, manuals, and components.
- Connected to a valid Papsoo order number or proof of purchase.
Items that may not be returnable
Some items cannot be returned for safety, hygiene, digital delivery, or fulfillment reasons.
- Phone top-ups, recharge products, digital goods, downloadable items, and gift cards.
- Final sale, clearance, promotional, or non-returnable items.
- Opened or used personal care, beauty, hygiene, or health-related items.
- Customized, personalized, or special-order products.
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
- Items purchased from another retailer, reseller, marketplace, or website outside of Papsoo.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect, contact Papsoo Support as soon as possible. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging when available.
After review, Papsoo may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, refund, or another reasonable solution depending on the situation and product availability.
How to start a return
To start a return, contact Papsoo Support with your order number and the reason for your request. We will review your request and provide next steps if the item is eligible.
- Do not send a return without first contacting Papsoo Support.
- Returns sent without approval may be delayed, rejected, or returned to the sender.
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the return is caused by a Papsoo error, damaged item, defective item, or incorrect item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, Papsoo will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are usually issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Shipping fees, delivery fees, service fees, handling fees, and other non-product charges may not be refundable unless required by law or unless the issue was caused by Papsoo.
After Papsoo processes a refund, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be available for eligible items depending on product availability. If the item you want is unavailable, Papsoo may offer a refund, store credit, or another available option.
If you need a different size, color, or replacement item, contact Papsoo Support before sending the original item back.
Misuse of the return policy
Papsoo reserves the right to limit, refuse, or cancel returns, refunds, or exchanges if we suspect fraud, abuse, excessive returns, reseller activity, policy misuse, or other activity that violates Papsoo’s policies.
Policy updates
Papsoo may update this Return Policy from time to time. The policy posted on this page applies to return requests made after the effective date shown below, unless otherwise required by law.
