This Shipping Policy explains how Papsoo processes, ships, and delivers orders. Our goal is to set clear expectations so you know what to expect after placing an order.

Delivery Expectations

Shipping times may vary by product, location, and delivery method.

Some items may ship separately depending on availability, fulfillment location, product type, or carrier service.

Processing time Most orders need time to be reviewed, prepared, packed, and handed off for delivery.
Delivery estimates Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary by destination, carrier, or fulfillment process.
Tracking updates When tracking is available, tracking details may be sent by email, text, or order update.

Shipping destinations

Papsoo may offer shipping or delivery to eligible addresses based on product availability, delivery provider coverage, and checkout options available at the time of purchase.

Available shipping destinations, delivery methods, and fees may vary depending on the item, delivery address, and fulfillment partner. If a destination is not available at checkout, Papsoo may not currently be able to ship that item to that location.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Order processing time

After an order is placed, Papsoo may need time to review the order, confirm payment, prepare the item, package the order, and arrange delivery or shipment.

Processing times may vary based on product availability, order volume, supplier processing, fraud review, holidays, weekends, weather events, or other operational factors.

  • Processing usually begins after payment is successfully completed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.
  • Large orders, high-demand items, or supplier-fulfilled products may require additional processing time.

Delivery estimates

Delivery estimates shown at checkout or provided after purchase are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, carrier, delivery partner, customs processing, product availability, and other factors outside of Papsoo’s control.

Papsoo works to provide accurate delivery expectations, but we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date unless clearly stated in writing for a specific order.

Delivery delays can happen because of carrier delays, weather, address issues, traffic, local delivery restrictions, customs delays, or high order volume.

Tracking information

When tracking is available, Papsoo may provide tracking information by email, text message, order update, or customer account notification.

Tracking information may take time to update after the order is processed or handed off to the delivery provider. If your tracking status does not update immediately, please allow additional time for the carrier or delivery system to refresh.

Separate shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate shipments. This can happen when items come from different fulfillment locations, suppliers, delivery partners, or when products become available at different times.

If you receive part of your order first, the remaining items may still be processing or shipping separately.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address, including apartment, suite, unit number, city, state or department, postal code, country, and contact information when required.

Papsoo is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or additional fees caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact Papsoo Support as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has started processing or shipping.

Failed delivery, refused packages, and returned shipments

If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, refused package, missed delivery attempt, or carrier restriction, the order may be delayed, returned, canceled, or subject to additional shipping fees.

If an order is returned to Papsoo or a fulfillment partner, Papsoo will review the situation and determine whether the order can be reshipped, refunded, partially refunded, or canceled based on the circumstances.

Lost, delayed, or missing packages

If your package appears delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, contact Papsoo Support with your order number and tracking details.

Papsoo may need to work with the carrier, delivery partner, supplier, or fulfillment provider to investigate the issue. Resolution options may depend on the delivery status, carrier confirmation, proof of delivery, and order details.

International shipping, customs, and fees

If international shipping is available for an order, additional customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or local charges may apply depending on the destination country and applicable laws.

Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, customers may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local charges required by the destination country.

Phone top-ups and digital services

Phone top-ups, digital products, and similar services may not require physical shipping. These services may be processed electronically and may have separate delivery, processing, or fulfillment timelines.

Some digital or electronic services may be processed quickly and may not be reversible once completed.

Policy updates

Papsoo may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. The policy posted on this page applies to orders placed after the effective date shown below, unless otherwise required by law.
